We are born alone and die alone. People live with the feeling of loneliness, and that’s why the heart reaches out with the need to connect with someone. Making her Hollywood debut with “Memoirs of a Geisha”, Kaori Momoi has written the screenplay for her own original short story. Also her directorial debut for a feature film, Momoi brings a fantastical portrayal of the bonds between 4 members of a family to create a unique film in her individual style.
